Advancing Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University (LTSNU) international profile is one of the key priorities of the University development. The task of the Center for International Cooperation (CIC) is to assist the University units in developing and planning the international strategies; to work with foreign partner institutions in research, tutors and students exchange; to act as an informational and advising center on the international education opportunities.
The CIC is responsible for:

• providing information on LTSNU international activities;
• coordinating and assisting in maintaining the University relations with foreign universities and agencies, foreign missions located in Ukraine. This includes developing agreements on cooperation and MOUs with foreign universities;
• providing LTSNU students with information on programs of student exchange, education and research opportunities abroad etc;
• consulting international students and faculty on LTSNU educational, research and internship possibilities;
• providing assistance to senior University missions going abroad;
• accumulating data on the LTSNU faculty and students international academic experience and on the foreign faculty and students at LTSNU.
