Today our Center consists of 3 departments; their duties cover all directions of work with foreigners (both students and lecturers). According to their specification departments are divided into following directions:
- Department for Work with Foreigners;
- Asian-African Cooperation Department;
- Euro-Atlantic Cooperation Department.
In total we have 13 employees in our Center.

1975 – 2003 – assistant professor, head of the Department of Mechanization of Technologies and Processing of Production of Animal Husbandry and Pro-Vice Chancellor for International Relations of Luhansk National Agrarian University

Since 2003 till present – Head of Asian-African Cooperation Department and Acting Director of Center for International Cooperation of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University
Took part in organization of partner’s relations in the filed of education, science and culture with 10 universities of China, Serbian Academy of Music, participated in organization of Confucius Institute of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, contributed to the development of centers of education, science and culture in PRC and Nigeria

His activity embraces organization and realization of educational and scientific projects and programmes in the field of education, science and culture with Asiatic and African countries:
•  Student, tutor and researcher exchange;
•  Enrollment of students for studying at our University;
• Organization of foreign Centers of education, science and culture in Ukraine and organization of Ukrainian Centers of education, science and culture abroad.
